ELMAR N.V., Aruba is seeking proposals for qualified Enterprise Solutions consisting of the complete functionality of a Financial Information System (FIS), a Work Management System (WMS) and a Customer Information System (CIS). ELMAR is seeking a fixed priced quotation for conversion, training, testing, implementation, post-implementation, software, and all related services. ELMAR has elected to issue a single RFP rather than separate RFPs for each functional system. Bidder(s) must respond as a Prime Vendor responsible for all of the requested functional systems and implementation services. However, Prime Bidder may form partnerships with other providers. In the final analysis, ELMAR reserves the right to select proposed solution components that are the best fit for its needs.

The new Enterprise Solution must be professionally installed, integrated or highly interfaced, and provide enhanced functionality and the ability to interface with other third party applications.
