PROFILE
USTI, founded in 1978, has been in the business of providing
data processing systems and services to local governments
and other public sector organizations for over 18 years. The
company employs personnel with direct first-line experience
in many of the areas in which it offers software products,
including municipal finance directors, CPA's, administrators,
police officers, and programmers. Combining this background
with our experience in over 1,200 successful installations,
USTI is well positioned to provide local governments with
the comprehensive systems they need to manage operations in
the "do more with less" '90's.
OFFERING
The USTI UB2001 system is a complete and integrated
billing, collection, and accounting system for public or private
utility organizations. The InterFund UB system is a
specialized receivable system suitable for billing recurring
or random utility charges. The QUEST UBS is an automated
billing system to tally usage and quickly prepare bills. The
Utility Billing System (UBS) is being utilitized to
improve billing efficiency in over 700 organizations.
UBS was designed with the small to mid-sized organizations
billing needs in mind, yet operates the same as larger, more
costly products. The asyst: Utility Billing system
is the new product family based on USTI's 18 years of experience
with midrange and UNIX products. Complete Microsoft centric
product developed to look and work like Microsoft Office. |
