Target Development and Ubermind have partnered to bring Target
CIS to the underserved small to medium sized utility market.
The Target CIS company has evolved through a variety of relationships
with public power organizations in the Pacific Northwest.
Our product suite has been designed in cooperation with Tillamook
People's Utility District on the Oregon coast, where the current
product offering has been in use since April of 2001. We welcome

OFFERING
The Target CIS 2.0 product is a comprehensive Customer Information
Systems solution running on Windows NT/2000. While multiple
data stores are supported, the product has been tested on
Oracle 8.1, using Solaris hardware as a backend data and distributed
objects server. The product supports Customer/Account management,
service orders, meter reading, non-metered services, billing,
payment processing and credit monitoring. A web UI is available
for online customer information browsing. |
