enQuesta™, a fully integrated browser-based CIS and billing solution, provides all of the features and functionality a customer is looking for in a CIS system. This best-of-breed solution is functionally-rich and will assist in enhancing customer satisfaction, improving overall service. The enQuesta™ success proposition is based on a proven technology platform that delivers superior usability, configurability and scalability; all with a total low cost of ownership. By having over 80% of all customer information accessible from the main inquiry screen or within a single mouse click, CSRs can provide answers to customer questions in one call.

enQuesta™ Billing Module automates all processes related to customer billing for water, wastewater, electric, gas, refuse and storm services including installment arrangements and flexible payment plans. A single dynamic environment integrates meter reading, editing, bill computation and printing, and timely transaction processing. It easily accommodates rate modifications, custom messages on bills, and consumption comparisons. This is compatible with all AMR and hand-held meter reading technology. In addition, it can incorporate OCR or bar coding and it has the capability to interface with CASS certification software.

enQuesta™ New Service Module tracks the new service process from initiating need for new service through the installation of a new meter and can include certificate of occupancy and inspections. It also provides the ability to setup a workflow communication process with multiple departments to communicate the progress of setting a new service.

enQuesta™ Customer Service & Call Tracking Module complements the automated Workflow module by maintaining information regarding calls, complaints, or inquiries made by customers. It has a built-in emergency notification system.

enQuesta™ Payment Processing Module provides the ability to post real-time payments to your customer accounts. This module allows online account inquiry and the ability to post to different funds within the same transaction.

enQuesta™ Credit & Collections Tracking Module maintains comprehensive detail on customer credit, aged balances, installment agreements, dispute billings, delinquent status, and supports an interface to collection agencies. It establishes individual credit ratings based on a point system custom to each utility.

enQuesta™ Device Management Module tracks meters, ERTs, backflows, taps, hydrants, refuse carts and other utility-specific assets throughout the system, from purchase to disposal.

enQuesta™ Automated Workflow Module: Allows users to provide assistance to utility customers with regard to new services, disconnects, meter-related services, transformers, valves, taps, hydrants, backflows, and other types of workflows. The system automatically creates, schedules, and tracks workflows for new accounts, discontinues service to present customers, and updates information for customers who are moving.

enQuesta™ Skeletal General Ledger Module maintains a complete audit trail of daily, monthly, and yearly transactions.

enQuesta™ Backflow Module provides a method of controlling backflow device monitoring, letter generation, and testing results to prevent the contamination of the water supply.

enQuesta™ Reporting Module provides three methods to extract, analyze and display data: production reporting, ad-hoc reporting and the enQuesta™ Query Layer (eQL).

enQuesta™ WebConnect Module allows the utility customers access and maintain their accounts conveniently in real-time along with Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment through enQuesta™ PayConnect.

enQuesta™ Mobile Module delivers a device- and platform independent web-based software application that integrates geographic information system (GIS) mapping with customer and asset information, in a single, simple and user-friendly interface.
