Fulcrum was founded in 1998 when Brent Bauer led a group
of investors in acquiring a barcode application provider
that had installed asset tracking solutions for a number
of wireless carriers. Bauer's vision was to capitalize
on the needs of the rapidly growing telecom market.
In accordance with this vision, the company narrowed
its focus to the telecom industry and changed its name
to Fulcrum Technologies.
OFFERING
Fulcrum's products are centered around the implementation
of CATS™, the leading asset life cycle management
system for the telecommunications industry. The CATS
system is formed by assembling four pieces of the puzzle
- software, hardware, labels and services. Fulcrum provides
the services that fit the software, hardware and labels
together into an overall solution that so many of its
