Envision Utility Software Corporation provides comprehensive
and flexible CIS/billing applications for the utility

(BPO) service provider. Established in 1986, the company
grew out of a rich tradition of developing innovative,
comprehensive information management solutions uniquely

Envision is owned by Pedernales Electric Cooperative
(PEC), the largest member-owned electric cooperative

development of product features and functionality. We

Our corporate headquarters is located in Albuquerque,
New Mexico, and is the hub for our software development.
Our Data Center is centrally located in San Marcos,
Texas, where we provide a wide range of services, including
Service Bureau and Data Management, Implementation Services,
and Technical Support. The Data Center offers a fully
redundant and reliable network, a highly secure platform,
back-up and data storage.

and accounts, payment processing, meter inventory management,
credit processing and collections, as well as service
