OFFERING
The Comprehensive
Utility Billing and Control System (CUBIC) is designed
to provide a powerful billing and CIS (Customer Information
System) for utility operations. It provides complete
customer, billing and cash receipts functions, usage
and bill/payment history, plus a myriad of report options.
It supplies important functions like multiple search
engines for ac-count inquires, real-time updating and
electronic input, and receipting interfaces. It also
offers reports with extensive statistics based on customers,
services, rates, and routes. CUBIC’s powerful
receipt processing offers traditional receipt processing
as well as high-speed scanning systems. CUBIC eliminates
the balky reports on the service counter because everything
is online including bill/payment and usage history,
deposit and service information, as well as, a consumption
graph for each individual service. Accounting is highly
controlled by the user. NARUC reporting is easily accomplished
by CUBIC. It also has highly integrated interfaces with
the BUCS Fund Accounting software. CUBIC allows the
user to select modular components that fit their specific
