PROFILE
CSG Systems, Inc. is a large customer care and billing
provider that operates a separate business unit for our Print
and Mail division, known as the CSG Statement Processing Centers
(SPCs). We have two processing centers strategically located
in the United States, which processes over 53+ million mail
pieces per month for a wide variety of markets: Utilities,
Cable, Telephony, Financial, Satellite, etc.
The CSG Statement Processing Centers operate computerized
pre-sorting and processing, complimented with fully automated
and integrated high-speed laser printers. In addition, we
utilize intelligent inserting equipment to consolidate document
production, printing and mailing under one roof.
We concentrate mainly on transactional billing, but also
offer customized letter generation, past due notices, marketing
solutions and a wide variety of ancillary products to support
any utility company’s Print and Mail needs.
CSG currently works with a variety of different billing applications
crossing multiple types of industries and custom develops
interfaces specific to our client’s data stream and
format requirements.
