UMSMOBILE operates using data from two primary sources,
the utility billing software from your office and the mobile
devices used out in the field. UMSMOBILE allows for up-to-the-minute
service order information to be transferred between the office
and the field. The mobile devices in the field send and receive
information across a wireless mobile phone network.
Current service order assignments can be easily transferred
from your office’s service order maintenance software
to the mobile devices of the field workers. Once the service
job has been completed, the field workers can then send this
information back to the office database, using the mobile
devices. This allows your staff to have the most accurate
and current service information. Essentially, it will enhance
the performance of your staff and the quality of your customer
