Cayenta Utilities Cayenta's Customer Information
System (CIS) applications support a customer-centric approach
to delivery of a wide range of services, including electric,
water, sewer, gas, storm water, solid waste, and asset maintenance.
The goal: increased productivity, expansion of business
capacity, and performance-based operations analysis. Cayenta's
flexible, configurable, sophisticated CIS architecture adapts
easily to your ever-changing business needs.
Cayenta Financials Cayenta's Financial
Management application is a completely integrated suite
of software applications designed to help save time and
money by supporting the day-to-day tracking of budgets,
funds and encumbrances in the local government and utilities
environments. Its a modular, position-oriented payroll processing
and human resource management application, and is completely
controlled by user-defined tables. The system provides solutions
that are unique to public sector needs.
Operations Manager A complete operations'
work flow management tool that includes the functionality
to prepare work plans, generate and track work orders, and
manage the assets after work orders have been fulfilled.
Asset management includes tools to perform preventive maintenance
and track underlying asset part warranties. In addition,
Operations Manager has complete job costing, material planning,
and inventory sub modules to facilitate the creation of
work orders.
