Business Management Systems was founded in 1982 to serve municipal
and non-profit accounting needs. With years of experience
as municipal officials and/or employees, we understand the

OFFERING
BMSI's Utility Billing System, a versatile billing module
which is part of an integrated accounting system, can be used
independently or in conjunction with BMSI's Fund Accounting
System. It bills water and sewer users based on fixture charges,
usage and/or flat rate amounts. |
