OFFERING
Bottom Line Impact’s Automated Revenue Miner (ARM) is a CIS independent tool that utilizes the most sophisticated matching algorithms and data mining techniques that find customers owing money that are essentially 'hiding' within utilities active customer base. Once identified, this money can be transferred from ‘owing' accounts to ‘active' accounts, drastically reducing write-off expenses. Dramatic results have been achieved although many utilities also use internal CIS skip tracing modules, manual skip tracing, external collection agencies, utility exchanges and external subscription based tracing services.

Bottom Line Impact offers a No-Cost Initial ROI Assessment. This service is free, fast and offers clearly defined results. After BLI signs a Confidentiality/Non-disclosure agreement to protect the utility’s data, a Discovery Interview takes place with the Credit and Collections department. This interview highlights specific utility rules, regulations, processes, procedures and philosophies. Bottom Line Impact then requests an extract of customer data from the utilities CIS system. Bottom Line Impact can tell how much lost revenue the Automated Revenue Miner will be able to identify on the first day the system is turned on. Each participating utility receives a sample of up to $15,000 guaranteed good matches found to compensate for time and resources during the Assessment.
