PROFILE
Bardsley Associates Inc. has been in business in the Seattle
area since 1987, specializing in technology project management,
system requirements, vendor selection, business process improvement,
technology planning, and systems integration. Our clients
include private sector, public sector and non-profit organizations.
This range of industry expertise allows us to bring innovative
ideas to our client projects. We have built a reputation with
clients and vendors for providing independent and objective
advice on technology solutions. We have no business relationships
with any hardware or software vendors. We do not promote,
sell, or re-sell any products. We have purposely not signed
any “preferred consultant” agreements with any
vendors in order to maintain our independence. We accept no
commissions for recommendations. We work with a wide variety
of systems solutions in order to find the best fit for each
organization's unique functional, technical, cultural, and
budgetary requirements.
We have developed an effective methodology for managing projects,
gathering requirements, developing Requests for Proposal and
documenting the system selection process. Our extensive library
of requirements, checklists evaluation criteria and other
templates allows us to conduct system selection projects in
an efficient manner.
The firm has three principal consultants – Jackie Bardsley,
Chuck McLean and John Blanchard. All three consultants have
many years of experience in system selection and implementation. |
