MOBILE DISPATCH
AXIOM is a leading provider of mobile workforce management
solutions for the utility industry. The Mobility software
suite focuses on improving customer service levels while increasing
a utility’s productivity and profitability – providing
solid quantifiable business benefits. The Mobility solution
leverages extensive experience in space technology and satellite
/ wireless terrestrial communications. The Mobility product
is based on ‘best in class’ functionality for
Computer Aided Dispatch, Scheduling/Routing, and Automated
Vehicle Location (AVL) provided to the transportation industry.
These components have successfully been deployed in 80% of
the Computer-Aided Dispatch and AVL business within the transit
industry in the United States.
Mobility Scheduling provides customer service representatives
and planners with the tools to schedule field appointments
efficiently by matching customer requests and utility resources.
Orders are assigned to employees within the appropriate geographic
area, then routes are created and sequenced. Work activity
is balanced within a service area, using your technician and
vehicle resources to their best advantage.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION/BILLING SYSTEM
Built from the ground up on the Microsoft Windows COM+ and
ASP architecture, Synchro takes advantage of Microsoft’s
object-oriented technology. Microsoft’s .NET framework
is being leveraged for enhanced Enterprise Application Integration
(EAI) and connectivity. The intuitive Internet Explorer interface
and full integration with Microsoft’s desktop and back-office
products dramatically decrease implementation time and training
costs. Ease of use coupled with quick access to key information
makes this affordable solution one that offers measurable
results for Axiom clients.
