SAN DIEGO, CA. September 8, 2009 -Black & Veatch continues to expand its technology solutions practice with the acquisition of Ariston Consulting & Technologies, Inc., an SAP systems integrator headquartered in San Diego, CA.

Ariston is currently providing business-critical SAP services to 15 client sites throughout the United States and Canada, including Clark County (Las Vegas), NV; Bernalillo County (Albuquerque), NM; City of Charlottesville, VA.; and City of Burnaby, B.C.
