September 2, 2009 – The Holding Company for Water and Wastewater (HCWW) of Egypt has awarded a contract to meet their comprehensive customer care and billing requirements to Giza Systems and Prophecy International. The initial phase is already underway for just over 2.5 million accounts, with the overall goal of bringing over 10 million accounts on line over time. "This is one of the most significant billing projects to be implemented around the world,” said Dr. Abdelkawi, the Chairman for the HCWW. “Our selection process was very thorough and a detailed competitive review of local and global billing solutions was performed.
