(TSX: CSU) is pleased to announce that the City of San Buenaventura (Ventura) has selected Systems & Software (S&S), a wholly owned subsidiary of Harris, to implement its enQuesta 3e solution.

Ventura, a city of approximately 106,000 people, was seeking a proven CIS solution that would improve daily customer service functions, work responsibilities, reporting, billing and rate application. In addition, the new solution had to offer seamless integration to their newly implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Ventura chose S&S's solution, enQuesta 3e, to attain these goals. The enQuesta CIS solution will be implemented along with the enQuesta self-service offering, WebConnect.
