OTTAWA, ON,January 20, 2009 - The NorthStar division (Harris NorthStar) of Harris Computer Systems is pleased to announce today that the City of Morganton, NC has chosen and started implementation of NorthStar CIS as its utility billing solution hosted by ElectriCities of North Carolina. Harris NorthStar provides utilities and municipal governments with market-leading software solutions. The City of Morganton is a member of ElectriCities and is utilizing the ElectriCities’ Regional Hosted model for their implementation of NorthStar CIS.
