SANTA ROSA, CA and TORONTO, CANADA. September 12, 2008 - Advanced Utility Systems Corporation (Advanced), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris Computer Systems (Harris) is pleased to announce the City of Santa Rosa has recently signed with Advanced to implement CIS Infinity® to enhance the City’s customer service and customer programs.

The City of Santa Rosa is now Advanced’s 14th customer in the state of California. As the seat of Sonoma County, the City of Santa Rosa has a population over 150,000 and is located 55 miles north of San Francisco. The City provides water and wastewater services to its 52,414 customers and bills on a monthly cycle.

Patty Kutches, Revenue Operations Supervisor, notes, “After an extremely thorough evaluation of numerous CIS products, the City of Santa Rosa determined CIS Infinity to be the most complete system on the market. It meets our needs in the critical areas of functionality, flexibility and cost. We are looking forward to a long and successful relationship with Advanced Utility Systems.”

The City conducted a comprehensive selection process with the aid of consulting firm, Westin Engineering. Westin, the City and Advanced worked together from scope of work development through contract negotiations.
