AUSTIN, TX, May 12, 2008 – TMG Consulting (TMG), an industry leader, today invited attendees of the 32nd Annual CS Conference event, held this year in San Antonio, Texas May 20-23, 2008, to join their founder and CEO, Greg Galluzzi, for an in depth industry insight presentation.

Greg Galluzzi will present “An Overview of the CIS Market” Thursday, May 22, at 11:00a.m. This workshop is an overview of the trends in the CIS market and a review of a number of projects which have occurred in the past year. Greg will lead a discussion of issues facing the market and what can be expected in the coming year.

Mr. Galluzzi will also be conducting a course on “Selecting the Right CIS for My Organization.” as part of the CS Week’s CS College held on Monday and Tuesday, May 19-20. TMG has been a part of the CS College since its inception. This highly popular course has been expanded to two full days and is designed for customer service and information technology professionals who are or will be serving on a CIS selection and implementation team. Attendees will learn the deliverables for the different phases: planning and design blueprint phase, solution scope and confirmation phase, and the installation blueprint phase. Step-by-step guidance, sample documents, evaluation forms and contracts for comparison and contrast will be provided. Attendees can expect to learn the proper techniques for documenting requirements, how to identify potential solutions, how to select the right solution and how to develop a business case for management approval.
