TMG, a leading provider of consulting services for the energy and utility industry, recently expanded its implementation consulting services to include Project Management Office (PMO) and Staff Augmentation, in addition to Project Oversight and Quality Assurance. Jamaica National Water Commission (NWC) engaged TMG in February 2008 to provide Project Oversight and Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Project Management Office Administration services for all phases of their CIS system implementation. TMG has also been engaged to support NWC in directing and coordinating activities related to the development and implementation of new business processes. The project is expected to reach completion in spring 2009.

NWC is installing a new Customer Information System, Ventyx Customer suite version 4.1. Under the terms of the contract, Turnpoint will utilize their implementation knowledge and expertise to provide TMG with support for the technical and business process aspects of the CIS upgrade.
