OTTAWA, ON., March 14,2008 - The Harris Computer Systems NorthStar division (Harris NorthStar) is pleased to announce today that Niagara Falls Hydro of Niagara Falls, ON is now live on NorthStar version 6.

Niagara Falls Hydro went live with NorthStar CIS, Harris NorthStar’s flagship utility billing application, on 11 January, 2008. The new implementation was installed on a Linux platform and also included several of Harris NorthStar’s robust add-on products: eCARE - a customer web portal, mCARE - mobile service orders, eDOCS - integrated online document management, and EIS - Executive Information System. Finally, the installation included the partner product Cognos Report Writer.
