TMG Consulting Expands
Consulting Footprint to Include Project Management Office
AUSTIN, TX; March 04, 2008 - TMG Consulting, Inc.

utility industry, announced today that they are expanding their
implementation consulting services to include Project Management
Office (PMO) and Staff Augmentation in addition to Project Oversight
and Quality Assurance.
TMG has always provided great industry knowledge and has acted
as a trusted advisor to its clients during IT Planning, Selection
and Evaluation, and Project Implementation while assisting them
in mitigating risk on already risky projects. "We have seen
a recent trend regarding the need for skilled resources to act on
the client's behalf during implementation. Our knowledge and experience
is a perfect match for being able to offer Project Management Office
and Staff Augmentation services. TMG provides a highly skilled team

Jamaica National Water Commission (NWC) hired
TMG in February 2008 to provide Project Oversight and Quality
Assurance, Project Management, and Project Management Office Administration
services for all phases of their CIS system implementation. TMG
has also been engaged to support NWC in directing and coordinating
activities related to the development and implementation of new
business processes.
The Cleveland Division of Water (CWD) hired
TMG to lead them through a formal evaluation and selection process
for acquiring a new Customer Information System. TMG has also
been hired to augment their staff for the entire implementation
project. TMG Consultants will be on-site and working with CWD's
CIS Vendor and Implementer to provide Project Oversight and Quality
Assurance, Project Management, Business/Functional Analysis, Programming
Analysis, Technical Architecture/System Administration, Change
Management, and Project Management Office Administration.
TMG Consulting, Inc. is also currently contracted to provide Implementation
Project Oversight and Quality Assurance for WEB Aruba, Denver Water,
City of Phoenix, San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, Santee
Cooper and the City of Winnipeg and Implementation Risk Management
for Enbridge Gas.
