TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA, November 26, 2007 – Harris Computer Systems ("Harris"), a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU) is pleased to announce that Fulton County has selected Advanced Utility Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Harris, as its customer information and billing solution for Fulton County’s 60,000 customers.

Fulton County is the most populous county in Georgia, and is the center of metro Atlanta. The County provides water service to customers in North Fulton and wastewater collection for customers in North and South Fulton including Atlanta.

The County based its software selection on the best overall comprehensive CIS, CMMS and IVR integrated solution to provide a wide range of functionality and flexibility. As prime vendor, Advanced Utility Systems has partnered with industry-leading subcontractors to provide a robust and uniquely integrated solution. Advanced's CIS Infinity will replace the County's existing mainframe based CIS solution and will begin implementation over the next few weeks.

Based on the current implementation schedule, CIS Infinity is expected Go Live in early 2009.
