SAULT ST. MARIE and VANCOUVER, CANADA, July 9, 2007 - Cayenta Canada Corporation (Cayenta), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris Computer Systems (Harris) is pleased to announce that PUC Services Inc. in Sault Saint Marie, Ontario Canada has signed with Cayenta to implement Cayenta Financials, Personnel Management and Operations Management to handle all of its back office, personnel and operations management requirements. The Cayenta solution will compliment PUC Services’ utility billing software, Harris’ NorthStar.

Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario is the third largest city in northern Ontario and is an international port of entry to the United States, situated at the hub of three Great Lakes along the banks of the beautiful St. Mary’s River.

PUC Services Inc. originally chose Harris in 1986 to bill and manage its 32,500 electric and water customers. With the increased emphasis on asset management and reporting by Ontario Energy Board they again turned to Harris.

As part of the overall solution, Cayenta will utilize its proven implementation methodology, to provide PUC Services with a full scope of functionality through Cayenta Version 7.5. “The goals of Cayenta Version 7.5 are to deliver superior business solutions to our customers through the enhancement and automation of functions within the Cayenta Financial solution” noted Brad Atchison, Executive Vice President for Harris’ Cayenta Business Unit.

The implementation of our Cayenta financials at PUC Services Inc. reflects the strength of our Cayenta suite and continued efforts within Canada, along with a strong install base across all provinces. The project kick-off is set for October 2007.
