Advanced Expands its National
Presence with Another Canadian Client
NELSON and TORONTO, CANADA, June 28, 2007 - Advanced
Utility Systems Corporation (Advanced), a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Harris Computer Systems (Harris) is pleased to announce that
the City of Nelson (Nelson), British Columbia, Canada have signed
with Advanced to implement CIS Infinity to handle all of its customer
information and utility billing requirements.
The City of Nelson, nestled in the Selkirk Mountains of British
Columbia in the West Kootenay region, provides electric service
to the 10,000 residents that reside in the area. And as part of
the overall solution, Advanced will utilize its proven implementation
strategy, to provide the City with a full scope of functionality
through CIS Infinity Version 3.
Nelson represents Advanced’s continued efforts within Canada,
along with Magog, Quebec and Penticton, British Columbia, both of
whom are currently implementing CIS Infinity, both projects expected
to be completed by Fall 2007.
