The City of Greensboro Adopts enQuesta™ 3e to Enhance Customer Service
Utility embraces the latest in robust and efficient technology-enabled enterprise solutions

COLCHESTER, VT., May 21, 2007 - The City of Greensboro has selected Systems & Software's latest offering, enQuesta™ 3e, to provide an integrated approach to managing and optimizing its customer service operations.

Serving more than 98,000 customers, Greensboro provides safe, dependable drinking water and wastewater treatment, as well as meter reading, billing, and maintenance of water and sewer lines. The Storm Water Division works to alleviate flood-related problems, improve and monitor water quality in streams, and assist residents in resolving drainage issues. Additionally, the Field Operations Department manages the collection of solid waste, recycling, and yard waste for residential and commercial communities.

A robust and easy-to-use set of tools enables the utility to quickly and easily create and distribute reports to the user community. Additionally, enQuesta™ 3e will allow the utility to extend the CIS data elements to other applications using an industry-standard protocol rather than designing custom interfaces.
