ARUBA and OTTAWA CANADA, May 9, 2007 – The NorthStar division of Harris Computer Systems (Harris), is pleased to announce that W.E.B. Aruba N.V. (W.E.B. N.V.) has chosen NorthStar CIS to replace its legacy customer billing system.

W.E.B. N.V. supplies Aruba with fresh water through a sophisticated desalination process and generates the electrical power for the island. The current billing system used at W.E.B. N.V. was programmed in-house many years ago and lacks needed flexibility. According to Jennai Chin, the W.E.B. N.V. project manager, the current system requires employees to “work around many of the procedures and is time consuming.”

NorthStar CIS will provide W.E.B. N.V. a multi-lingual, multi-currency system, capable of printing letters and bills in the customers' language of choice. NorthStar CIS will provide internet capability allowing customers to view bills online, make payments, and report utility issues.

Jossy Lacle’, Managing Director of W.E.B. N.V., stated that after long negotiations and exploring various options he “was very pleased” to signing the agreement to initiate the project.
