utilities across North America, the 2007 conference theme encompasses
issues that distribution utilities face every day.
EMACS will address:
- inbound and outbound customer contact;
- Web-based services and programs;
- billing and payment initiatives;
- energy efficiency and demand response programs;
- customer communications and public relations efforts;
- new product and service offerings;
- relations with regulators, community organizations and other
stakeholders; and
- serving business customers.
EMACS presenters cut through the hype and offer real-life, case
