February 19, 2007 - Advanced Utility Systems Corporation (Advanced), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris Computer Systems (Harris) is pleased to announce that Hydro Magog, Quebec and the City of Penticton, British Columbia have recently signed with Advanced to implement CIS Infinity® to handle all of their customer information and utility billing requirements.

Hydro Magog is the second largest municipal electric utility in Quebec and bills for electric and water services. Located in the southeastern part of “la belle province”, the City of Magog is a resort destination where residents and visitors can participate in a host of outdoor activities including skiing, hiking and biking.

The City of Penticton, located in the pristine Okanagan Valley, provides electric, water and sewer services to over 16,000 utility customers. Looking to upgrade from their existing AS400 system, the City selected CIS Infinity as part of their strategy to move to a more current, SQL based system.

In conjunction with its comprehensive implementation methodology, Advanced will provide both municipalities with a full scope of functionality through CIS Infinity Version 3.

Hydro Magog and the City of Penticton represent the continued success of Advanced’s focus on the Canadian marketplace with entries into the provinces of Quebec and British Columbia.
