Blue Heron Completes PeopleSoft®
CIS/ERM Upgrade at California Water Service Company
ROCHESTER, N.Y., January 18, 2007 — Blue
Heron Consulting Corporation is pleased to announce the successful
upgrade of the PeopleSoft® Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM)
system - formerly the PeopleSoft® Customer Information System
(CIS) - to version 8.95 at California Water Service Company (www.calwater.com).
Blue Heron Consulting led the combined California Water Service
Company (Cal Water) and Blue Heron team through all phases of the
upgrade. Cal Water went live with PeopleSoft® CIS/ERM v8.95
during the 4th quarter of 2006. Blue Heron is continuing to provide
Cal Water with post-production PeopleSoft® ERM support.

had to be heavily modified in order to support our business. Each
existing customization was analyzed for its appropriateness and
necessity in the new version. Blue Heron’s experts worked
closely with our users to configure the new version and to minimize

the CIS industry and supplied invaluable input to our strategic

production support to ensure that our business operations continued
uninterrupted throughout the entire project. Blue Heron also brought
creative ideas to the project that helped control the total cost
of the upgrade.”
