This latest acquisition reinforces Mincom’s commitment to the Utility industry by significantly enhancing its software solution offering and service delivery capabilities.

Conversant supplies a range of innovative software and services to manage customer care and billing functions for utilities and energy service providers worldwide, all aimed at improving efficiencies and lowering costs. Its award-winning and industry recognized Customer Information System (CIS), CustomerWatchTM, is the first 100% Java developed and production proven CIS solution in the market. By adding Conversant’s CIS solution, together with its specialized utility billing solutions, Mincom is now poised to deliver an end-to-end solution to the global utilities industry.
