Burt Willey, President and CEO, assumes the responsibilities of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Willey will continue to play an active role with Systems & Software, its customers and the industry.

Prior to Systems & Software, Mr. Kao enjoyed a successful career which started within GE Power Systems in marketing and sales of power systems and services to utilities. He then became the Vice President and General Manager of GE's most successful joint venture, GE Fanuc, and led the CNC and laser businesses. Mr. Kao was later promoted to the role of General Manager of Functional Imaging within GE with P&L responsibilities exceeding $600MM. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for a major software and services business of IDX, which was subsequently acquired by GE. Throughout his career, Mr. Kao has widely leveraged 6 Sigma, significantly improving customer business performance and satisfaction.
