City of Tallahassee Municipal Utility Experiences Smooth Transition
to Upgraded Version of SPL Customer Care & Billing Solution
San Francisco, October 19, 2006—The public utility system
operated by the City of Tallahassee, Florida, has gone live with
an upgraded version of SPL’s Customer Care & Billing (CC&B)
solution, built on the PeopleTools® platform. SPL is a leading
provider of strategic utility management software solutions for
