Officially Launches enQuesta™ Version 3 at CIS 30 Conference
COLCHESTER, VT/DALLAS, TX – May 2, 2006
- Systems & Software, Inc. (S&S), a leading provider of
billing and customer service solutions that empower electric, gas
and water utility companies, is pleased to announce that it is officially
launching Version 3 of its enQuesta CIS software system at the CIS
Conference 30 in Dallas, Texas from May 1 - 5, 2006, where Systems
& Software is a Platinum sponsor. This release follows on the
heels of several successful installations for water, gas and electric
utility customers throughout North America. Major new features include
the following:
WebConnect - a state-of-the-art customer self service solution
that offers utility customers 24 hour access to their account
information via the Internet. WebConnect enables customers to
create and update personal information, including mailing address
and telephone number. WebConnect provides up-to-the minute account
summary, consumption and billing history - all within a few simple
mouse clicks. Customers can even securely pay for their services
over the Internet.
Permitting and New Sites – a feature that streamlines the
Permitting and New Site process. A product of customer focus group
feedback, the Permitting and New Site features offers a configurable
workflow for creating and approving Permits.
Advanced Reporting - a robust and easy-to-use reporting tool
that delivers actionable information when it is needed. Advanced
Reporting enables the browser-based delivery of reports to an
authorized set of users. Each user can have a specific customized
view of the reports he/she is eligible to receive; this customization
helps make more informed business decisions.
enQuesta Online Learning - a training series which users can
access from a Web browser. The training offers simulations, allowing
users to learn at their own pace. This flexible training and learning
system helps your employees learn and retain information, and
allows you to keep better track of their progress.
Inquiry Portal Configuration Tool - brings yet more usability
and configurability to the industry's most intuitive portal screen.
Administrators can quickly and easily create user groups and inquiry
configurations though a drag-and-drop Web interface.
