MultiBill Selects Peace
8 for Utility Billing in Australia
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, April 27, 2006 – MultiBill
Corporation, set to become a leading force in Utility Customer Services
Outsourcing (UCSO) for utilities in the Asia Pacific region, has
selected Peace Software's Peace™ 8 Customer Information System
(CIS) as the cornerstone utility billing and customer contact center
software application for its unique BPO service for Australian and
South East Asian utilities.
MultiBill’s decision represents the fourth new Australian
company adopting Peace 8 in the past six months.
MultiBill provides an end-to-end utility customer management and
billing solution, from meter reading to billing, payments, service
request management, credit management and customer service, based
on a per-customer/per-year billing model. Deploying Peace 8 will
help MultiBill to guarantee an even lower cost-to-serve value proposition
for Australian utilities. Currently operating with in house developed
systems, MultiBill’s customers will be fully migrated on to
Peace 8 by Q3 2006.
