Sunrise Water Authority
of Portland, Oregon Selects Systems & Software as CIS Partner
of Choice
COLCHESTER , VT and PORTLAND, OR, April 3, 2006
– Systems & Software, Inc. (S&S), a leading provider
of customer information management solutions that empower utility
companies, is pleased to announce that the Sunrise Water Authority
of Portland, Oregon, has selected S&S as its Customer Information
Solution (CIS) partner of choice. Under the terms of the agreement,
S&S will immediately begin installation of its enQuesta software,
which is scheduled to go live in the fall 2006. The new agreement
also follows on the heels of two long-standing S&S customers,
Central Arkansas Water, and Akron Public Utilities Bureau, who have
decided to upgrade their existing systems and expand the relationship
with S&S.

our customer base has increased significantly. Growth projections
have estimated that our customer accounts will triple within the
next ten years. Sunrise Water Authority needed a customer information
system that would accommodate our current processes as well as our

Systems & Software’s integrated software suite will enable
the Sunrise Water Authority to automate CIS & Billing, service
order/work order management, and costing functions. The system also
includes Interactive Voice Response and Internet e-commerce customer
service capabilities such as electronic bill and payment/processing,
all of which will increase efficiencies and effectiveness and levels
of customer service. Central Arkansas Water – which serves
more than 388,000 residents and Akron Public Utilities Bureau -
serving more than 84,000 accounts, both will upgrade their current
systems, which will enable enhanced internal and external usability
across the solution.
