Hawaiian Electric Adopts
Peace 8 to Manage its 400,000 Regulated Customers
MIAMI, F., March 27, 2006 – Hawaiian Electric
Company has selected Peace Software's Peace™ 8 Customer Information
System (CIS) to manage billing and customer service for its 400,000
regulated electricity customers on the islands of Oahu, Maui, Hawaii,
Lanai and Molokai.

America and puts a bold exclamation point on the focus that utilities

The CIS selection process was detailed and intensive. Short-listed
CIS products were subjected to a month-long onsite user evaluation.
