December 21, 2005 - Axon Solutions one of the largest global SAP Business Transformation specialists announces that it has acquired the business of TUI Consulting, a leading provider of SAP consulting services to US utilities and public sector organizations. The acquisition further solidifies Axon’s strategic commitment to invest further in key SAP market verticals and to continue driving dramatic growth in its North American operations.

Having partnered together on several previous engagements, Axon and TUI recognized the clear synergies between their organizations and the solutions demanded by their clients.

Axon has previously demonstrated its commitment to building deep vertical market expertise in North America through the successful integration of Feanix Inc., the SAP Aerospace and Defense specialists, in April 2005, a business which has more than doubled since integration. The acquisition of the TUI business provides Axon with further significant opportunities in the fast growing US Utilities and Public Sector markets.
