TORONTO, ONTARIO, December 6, 2005 - Prinova, Inc. a provider of innovative document design, development and delivery solutions, announced today that Annalisa Aboud has joined the company as director of its Competency and Training Center. Aboud will be responsible for developing curriculum and training programs for Prinova, as well as incorporating the Competency Center as an integral part of novacare™, one of the company’s core service offerings. Aboud’s primary focus will be helping Prinova’s customers define the structure and process for designing, building and maintaining state-of-the-art document systems through role-based training.

Most recently, Aboud held the position of product manager for Symcor Inc., a North American-based provider of check processing, payment processing, statement production and document management services. In this capacity, she was responsible for establishing image-based services for the banking industry, supporting time-sensitive transaction processing activities. Prior to working for Symcor, Aboud worked as manager of process and product mapping for AXXENT Corporation in Toronto where she developed new product launch methodology and an online billing system for the purpose of quality assurance with customer invoices.
