S&S Signs Atlanta Department
of Watershed Management
COLCHESTER , VT and ATLANTA, GA, October 3, 2005
– Systems & Software, Inc. (S&S) is pleased to announce
it has signed the Atlanta Department of Watershed Management (DWM)
to a new enQuesta CIS (Customer Information Solution) implementation.
enQuesta will replace DWM’s dated C-Star system and will allow
for more efficient processes and procedures, more reporting options
and easier-flowing customer care features that require less toggling
between screens.
Atlanta had received nine bids in response to their RFP, chose
four to demo, and then selected two to conduct site visits at. Out
of those two finalists, S&S came out on top. According to Debra
Henson, Senior Project Manager with the Department of Watershed
Management, “The way S&S dealt with the city as a whole
was very thorough. The account team for this project did an outstanding
job of understanding us and our business; they took the time to
learn about what we did before they presented their solution; and
the knowledge of the people they brought down with them really made
an impact.”
Since winning the bid, S&S has continued to impress. Now that
the sales team has passed the baton, “the service team is
doing a great job of digging in and finding out what we do and how
we do it in order to align our processes within enQuesta as well
as provide new insights regarding how we can do things better,”
adds Henson.
To date, DWM provides a textbook case of what S&S brings to
