Harris Announces the Purchase of The Classic CIS, Financial Management and Work Management Software Group from Innoprise, Inc.

OTTAWA, ONTARIO; July 13, 2005 - Harris Computer Systems ("Harris"), a leading provider of customer information and financial management software solutions for utilities and local governments, today announced that it has purchased substantially all of the assets related to the Orcom Classic CIS, Financial Management and Work Management software suite from Innoprise, Inc. (“Innoprise”).

As a result of the sale, Harris now has responsibility for the Orcom Classic CIS, Financial Management and Work Management software that Innoprise had previously acquired. Harris will immediately be responsible for the support for the approximately 50 customers who are currently using these solutions, bringing the total number of North American customers serviced within the Harris portfolio to more then 2,750. In addition, all members of the Classic employee group will become employees of Harris and will continue to serve the customer base that they have built such solid relationship with over the years. This group of employees will further add to the depth and experience at Harris bringing the total number of employees to over 200. Harris will continue to maintain the existing office space in Bend, Oregon to manage customer support and ongoing development of the Classic product suites. Meanwhile, Innoprise will be focusing its efforts exclusively on the marketing, sales and support of their next generation software offering.
