Prinova Launches Next Phase of novacenter™ Enhancements
Advanced Customer Support Tools Provide Customers with More User-friendly Testing and Resolution Process

TORONTO, ONTARIO, June 9, 2005 - Prinova Inc., a leader in innovative document design, development and delivery solutions, announced today that the much anticipated enhancements to the company’s customer-support project tool, novacenter™, were put into production this week. Prinova’s novacenter allows customers to tap into Prinova's document expertise with access to robust support tools for quality assurance testing and issue logging. New features to the customer support center include the ability to add file attachments on issues, easier navigation between testing and issue logging and an e-mail notification capability. The enhancements are designed to make the project testing and issue logging experience more integrated.

Prinova's novacenter includes two specialized support utilities, novatest™, a web-based testing facility, and novatrack™, an online issue tracking system. In the novatest environment, output can be viewed in real time for content, flow and business rule integrity. If issues are found with the output, the enhanced support system now makes it possible for the user to simply select an icon next to the PDF link and be transported directly to novatrack, where the PDF itself can be attached to the issue. Enhancements to novatrack include the ability to include date ranges for reports, file attachments and e-mail notification when an issue has been assigned. Projects utilizing novacenter have experienced in excess of 30 to 50 percent savings in testing and quality control time.
