DST International Billing Agrees Distribution Rights with Soft

Innovations in Bulgaria

DST International Billing (DSTi Billing) – the leading provider of

customer management and open billing solutions to the utility industry

announced today that it has signed a distribution agreement with

Bulgaria based Soft Innovations Ltd (Soft Innovations). The agreement

will allow Soft Innovations to sell and provide related professional

consulting services as well as first line support for DST’s HiAffinity

utility billing and customer information systems suite.

The power and adaptability of the HiAffinity systems will enable Soft

Innovations to leverage its own existing products and expertise further

into the utilities market.

For DSTi, the distribution agreement offers the opportunity for introducing CIS and billing systems to utilities and concessions in Bulgaria as well as other countries in Eastern Europe. Local knowledge will ensure DSTi’s solutions are adapted to regional specifics and streamlined processes will help to ensure efficiencies, enhanced customer service and rapid responsiveness to changes in operating utility businesses.
