Three Innoprise Software,
Inc. Customers Selected to Deliver Workshops at the CIS Conference
ORLANDO, FL and BEND, OR, May 12, 2005 - Innoprise
Software, Inc. today announced that three of their customers were
selected to deliver a workshop at the national CIS Conference. The
event is being held May 17-20 at Phoenix, Arizona.
Steve Duebelt, Information Services Manager for the Southeast Alabama
Gas District is responsible for advising and assisting top management
in all of the District's technology related matters. Southeast Alabama
Gas District has been running CIS software supported by Innoprise
since 1997. Mr. Duebelt will deliver his workshop titled Big Software,
Big Decisions that discusses pros and cons of software built for
the specialized needs of the utility market.
McMinnville Water & Light's Key Account Manager, Wes Thomas
will present Focus on the Customer: Challenging the Face of Utilities.
His workshop examines the evolution in the utility industry highlighting
the demand for customer-focused CIS software. Thomas is responsible
for all of the utility’s communications and customer service
activities and is in the process of implementing a brand new Java™
CIS system.
Alex Pettit, Director of Technology Services and member of the
leadership team for the city of Denton, will also be a guest speaker
at the conference. Mr. Pettit’s workshop is titled The Citizen
Kiosk: A Vision for Local Government. He will share Denton’s
kiosk solution that provides its citizens with self-service court,
tax and utility inquiry and payment services from a self-service
kiosk. During his tenure with Denton, Pettit and his department
have earned several awards and have been recognized by organizations
such as Government Technology for the innovative use of technology
in government.
