SaskTel Executes a New
Multi-year Contract with KUBRA for e-billing Services
MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO - May 3, 2005 - KUBRA, a leading
provider of enterprise information solutions, today announced that
SaskTel, a leading full service communications company, has renewed
a multi-year contract for e-billing services. SaskTel provides wireline,
wireless, Internet and e-business over a state-of-the-art, digital
network to more than 425,000 business and residential customers.
With the new agreement SaskTel will continue to leverage KUBRA's
e-billing applications to power their wireless, wireline, e-business
and Internet billing applications across their consumer and small/medium
business customer segments.

SaskTel initially launched their e-billing portal with KUBRA in
Feb 2002 and have watched their adoption rates grow to exceed 8%
with over 30,000 enrolled accounts. SaskTel will continue to leverage
KUBRA's enterprise e-billing suite to power a number of essential
elements of their customer facing portal including electronic bill
presentment, e-mail notifications, account management, and self-service.
SaskTel's e-billing application has delivered critical business
value over the past 3 years including a reduction in billing costs
(postage/printing), a decrease in call center activity, enhanced
cross-selling and up-selling response rates, and an increase in
online product sales (surged 49% with last e-bill campaign). SaskTel
plans additional e-bill campaigns in the coming year with a goal
of striving toward on-line banking adoption rates within the next
2 years.
