After a comprehensive and detailed testing process, Hillsdale BPU is now live on NorthStar v6.0. “Throughout the implementation process we recognized the benefits of NorthStar v6.0,” said Annette Kunder, Controller and Office Manager at Hillsdale BPU. “Our staff found the user interface easy to understand and navigate so our adoption rates and employee buy-in were tremendous. NorthStar v6.0 is the next generation of the Harris mid-market CIS offering, incorporating a state-of-the-art user interface, an n-tier architecture, and multi-platform support. NorthStar v6.0 inherits the enterprise class infrastructure of a Java 2 Enterprise Edition application, providing scalability and reliability for mid-sized utilities.
