Prinova Hires Rick Kowalski as Director of U.S. Sales
Former Pitney Bowes Sales Executive Brings Wealth of Experience in Document
Solutions to Prinova

TORONTO, ONTARIO CANADA, April 19, 2005 - Prinova Inc., the leader in innovative document design, development and delivery solutions, announced today that Rick Kowalski has joined the company as director of sales for the United States. Kowalski brings to Prinova 12 years of sales and sales management experience, including four years in the document management industry. In his new role, Kowalski will be responsible for growing existing client relationships, as well as expanding Prinova’s footprint within the Fortune 1000 financial services, insurance, healthcare and utilities industries. He will also help Prinova expand into new channels and vertical markets by developing and managing business partner relationships.

Kowalski comes to Prinova with a track record of accomplishments and experiences gained during his impressive sales career. Most recently, he was with Pitney Bowes’ DocSense division, where he served as enterprise major account director. In that role, Kowalski brought in over $2 million in business in 2004 and played a pivotal role in shaping the types of products and services DocSense offered its client base. Prior to that, he was document composition specialist for DocSense where he marketed software solutions to customers in a variety of industries and closed more than $4 million in revenue within his first year.

Kowalski holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.
