Keynote Address at the Innoprise Software, Inc.™ User Symposium
ORLANDO, FL and BEND, OR., March 25, 2005 - Innoprise
Software, Inc. today announced that Ethan Cohen, Utility and Energy
Director at UtiliPoint International, Inc. will be the keynote speaker
for its User Symposium 2005. The event is being held April 4-5 at
the Mission Inn Golf and Tennis Resort in Orlando.
The keynote address will identify changes in the utility market
and highlight areas where utilities can achieve cost savings and
increase business process efficiency by implementing architecturally
innovative CIS and billing solutions. Cohen provides custom management
consulting, marketing consulting, and energy and utilities industry
analysis. His current research focuses on the nexus between IT and
business process improvement and optimization.
Alex Pettit, Director of Technology Services and member of the
leadership team for the city of Denton, will also be a guest speaker
at the symposium. During his tenure with Denton, Pettit and his
department have earned several awards and have been recognized by
organizations such as Government Technology for the innovative use
of technology in government.
Greg Demko, CFO for the city and county of Broomfield, Colorado,
will also speak, focusing on ways in which local government can
transform from a business model of “doing more with less”
to a new paradigm of making local government leaner, more accountable
and more efficient.
