ORLANDO, FL and BEND, OR - December 14, 2004 - Innoprise Software, Inc. announces that Cristina Shams has joined the company’s sales team in a dual capacity as a product specialist for the CIS, Work Management and Community Development applications and as a regional sales representative. Shams will be based in the company’s Orlando office.

Shams comes to Innoprise from SunGard HTE, Inc., where she was director of customer support and quality assurance manager. She also brings hands on implementation knowledge through her previous experience at a nationally known consulting/professional services firm, where she specialized in formulating and managing CIS, CRM and ERP system replacement strategies for clients of all sizes.
